Protecting the wildlife of the Falkland Islands.
Volunteers are essential to the success and implementation of many of our projects, and make a major contribution to many other aspects of our work. Our effectiveness in terms of gathering information and undertaking much of the practical work which we need to tackle (e.g. tussac restoration, invasive species control, beach cleans) would be greatly reduced without the help of our many volunteers and supporters.
We keep a register of volunteers based in the Falklands, so if you are keen to help please contact our local office and we will add your name. When work is being planned, everyone on the list is circulated with the details.
If you live outside the Falklands, then volunteering opportunities are more limited. If any opportunities arise for a specific project, then we will advertise them on this page.
"In partnership with government, industry and the global community, Falklands Conservation will engage and empower the people of the Falkland Islands to take action with us to conserve biodiversity and manage landscapes and seascapes for the benefit of nature and people"
